How do I get a SCAC certificate?
If you have an Okta account, you may log in to retrieve a copy of your certificate.
If not, please email customerservice@nmfta.org to request a copy. You must include your company name, SCAC, or your authority number if you have one.
How long does it take to receive my certificate?
It can take 48-72 hours to receive your certificate based on the day of the week or the volume of incoming inquiries.
Can you send an invoice for the renewal of our subscription?
Yes, an invoice can be created and sent.
Please email customerservice@nmfta.org. Be sure to include your requested information:
- Invoice Type: Name of subscription to be renewed
- Company Name
- Contact number in case we need to discuss this by phone
