To manage a data subscription from the Account Profile:
- Go to the Account Profile and click on the Data Product that you wish to manage. The Data Product will expand.
- Click Manage Data Subscription. The Subscription Settings screen opens. Select one of the following:
- Push FTP (Go to Step 3.)
- Pull FTP (Go to Step 4.)
- Email (Go to Step 5.)
See the following:- FTP pull information contains the credentials required for the customer to pull the data file from our NMFTA server. These credentials are automatically generated and are read-only. They are automatically emailed to the customer after the purchase of the data product.
- FTP push information contains the credentials required to transfer the data files to the customer’s server.
- The Port Number for sFTP subscriptions are customizable so that customers that don't use the universal Port Number 22 can still connect to our sFTP service.
- If you chose the Push FTP option:
- On the Subscription Settings screen, click on Push FTP. The Push FTP screen displays.
- Enter information in each required field and then click Test FTP. It will either display Test Successful or Test Failed. If the test is successful, click Save Settings.
- If the test fails, click Update Settings and start again or choose a different option.
- If you chose the Pull FTP option:
- On the Subscription Settings screen, click on Pull FTP. The Pull FTP screen displays.
- Enter the Contact Name and Email Address, then click Save Settings.
- If you chose the Email option:
- Enter the Contact Name and Email Address.
- Enter the Contact Name and Email Address.
