Standard Carrier Alpha Code™ (SCAC®) |
Before renewing a SCAC Online subscription, please note the following:
- Resellers can only renew data products for themselves, but not for the carrier accounts that they manage.
- The renewal window follows the same calendar year renewal window as SCAC. This means that subscriptions that have an expiration date in 2025 will have their renewal window open on January 1st, 2025.
- EXCEPTION: Subscriptions that expire in January, February, and March of 2025 will need their renewal window to be opened 90 days prior to their expiration date (i.e. in October, November, December 2024) with the future price of the subscription.
- If the renewal window is not open, then when the Renew Subscription button is clicked, a message stating that renewal is not available displays.
- If the renewal window is open, then when the Renew Subscription button is clicked, the user is directed to the renew data product screen.
- If renewed prior to expiration, then the new expiration date is one year from previous expiration date.
- If renewed after expiration, then the new expiration date is one year from the renewal date.
