You can quickly and easily request a new password from your User Profile by clicking on your name in the upper-right corner of any page, and then clicking User Profile.
| If you are a Company Admin, you can reset a user's password from the Company Settings page. See Resetting a User's ClassIT+ Password from Company Settings for more information. |
To request a new password from your User Profile:
- Click on your username and click User Profile.
- Click Reset Password on the Account Access card. A confirmation dialogue box will open.
- Click Yes to proceed. A confirmation message is displayed telling you to check your email for further instructions.
