You can easily share or unshare your favorites to your Company Common.
| To use the Company Common, your assigned Company Admin must first enable this feature. See Enabling/Disabling the Company Common for more information. |
To share your favorites to your Company Common or Team View(s):
- Click the Share
icon. The Share dialogue box will open.
- Select one of the following:
- All Company to share to the entire company.
- One or more applicable Team Views to share to a specific team or teams. Note that this option is only available if your Company Common has teams enabled and established.
To unshare search results from your Company Common or Team View(s), click the Unshare icon. The search result will no longer be shared with your Company Common.

Any item that is red and crossed out is cancelled. Any item that is tan is amended. You can find all Created, Amended, and Cancelled items in the corresponding tab on the What's New page. See Exploring ClassIT+ What's New for more information. |
