Sharing & Unsharing My Synonyms in ClassIT+

You can quickly and easily share your synonyms to your Company Common. 

To use the Company Common, your assigned Company Admin must first enable this feature. See Enabling/Disabling the ClassIT+ Company Common for more information.

Sharing Synonyms 

To share search synonyms with your Company Common:

1. Click the share icon. The Share dialogue box opens.
2. Click All Company. 

Unsharing Synonyms 

To unshare search results from your Company Common, click the unshare icon. The search result will no longer be shared with your Company Common. 

When content has not been shared, the share icon displays black. When content has been shared, the unshare icon displays green with a small 'x' in the lower left-hand corner.
