The User Manager is where you can also register a user for an account for access to various NMFTA applications, such as ClassIT+, SCAC Online, SPLC Online, etc.
Individual users can also register their account through the applicable NMFTA application, such as ClassIT+, SPLC Online, and SCAC Online.
To register another user’s account, follow the instructions in Registering an Account in the User Manager.
