Authorizing or Revoking Permission to Submit Interpretation Requests in the SPLC User Manager

Authorizing and revoking permission to submit interpretation requests can be provided to a single user or to a group of users. 

To authorize or revoke the ability to submit interpretations requests to/from a group of users, see Defining Company-Wide Interpretation Settings.

To authorize or revoke the ability to submit interpretations requests to/from a single user’s account:

1. Open the User Manager by clicking on Quick Links, and then selecting User Manager. 
2. Click Manager Users, and then select Find User.
3. Enter the user’s Email Address or First Name and Last Name.

4. Click Search. The list of users matching your search is displayed.
5. Click on the user whose account you want to authorize submission of interpretation requests. The Edit User page opens.
6. To authorize permission, check Authorized to submit requests under NMFC Interpretation Settings.
7. To revoke permission, uncheck Authorized to submit requests under NMFC Interpretation Settings.
8. Click Save to keep the changes.
