Your company’s profile contains your company’s contact information, the list of administrators and purchasers, along with settings for interpretation requests, activity monitoring, and new user validation.
To edit your company’s profile:
- Open the User Manager. Open the User Manager using one of the following methods:
- Log into the User Manager at https://usermanager.nmfta.org/; or,
- Open the User Manager from another NMFTA application by clicking on Quick Links, and then selecting User Manager.
- Click Edit Company Profile from the menu bar. The Edit Company Profile page opens.
- Update the company’s contact information as needed. The following information is required:
- Company Name
- Email Domain(s)
- Address Line 1
- City
- Country
- State
- Postal Code
- The Administrators and Purchasers boxes list the users affiliated with those roles.

Please note the following:

- To enable the monitoring of user inactivity:
- Check Monitor for Inactive Users.
- Enter the number of Day of inactivity before flagging account.
- To deactivate inactive accounts, check the Deactivate accounts flagged as inactive.
- Click the Check for inactivity drop-down and select how often to check for inactivity. Options include Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. Once set, an email is automatically sent to the company administrator with an inactivity report for the specified interval period (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- To grant interpretation requests to specific users:
- Check Restrict Interpretation Requests.
- Click Bulk Interpretation Authorization. The Bulk Interpretation Authorization page opens.
- Ensure that a standard comma separated values file (.csv file) has been created with the correct information.
- The .csv file can be created from a text file or an Excel spreadsheet.
- Each line in the file should contain a single record. For example: holly.test@companyxyz.com matthew.sample@companyxyz.com
- Click Choose File to browse to and select the .csv file.
- To deny access to interpretation requests to those users not listed in the CSV file, check Revoke All Existing Users.
- Click Update Interpretation Authorization. Interpretation access will be granted/revoked to users within the company profile.
| If the users are registered under a different company profile, please login to the appropriate company profile and follow the steps listed above to grant them access. |
- To mandate system validation of new users by their email domain, check Validate Users by Email Domain. When enabled, the email domains of new users must match the email domain(s) affiliated with your company.
- To manually approve user registration and license requests, check Individually Approve Each User. When enabled, license requests are marked as pending until approved. See Assigning, Approving, or Denying Licenses for additional details.
- Click Save to keep your updates.
