There are two methods for viewing user activity and obtaining user inactivity reports:
Viewing User Activity from the Company Profile
On the Company Profile page, there is an automatic notification that helps manage inactive users. If activated, an email is automatically sent to the company administrator with an inactivity report for the specified interval period (daily, weekly, or monthly).
See Editing a Company's Profile for details.
Viewing User Inactivity Report
The User Inactivity Report lets you generate reports on any chosen inactivity interval. The result of the report contains a list of the users that have been inactive greater than the number specified. The results include the user's name, days inactive, and their email address, and can be exported to several different formats, including PDF, XLS, and CSV.
