When will I receive threshold notifications?
Notifications are sent to you and NMFTA Customer Service when the 90% and 100% rate limit thresholds are hit. Additionally, Customer Service receives notifications when you hit the 75% rate limit threshold, so they can assist if any issues arise.
What happens if I max out my hourly rate limit?
Maxing out hourly rate limits results in the return of a human-readable message, alerting you as to when your hourly limits will reset.
Customer Service also receives a notification that you've reached your hourly rate limit.
How often do rate limits reset?
Rate limits reset every hour. No email notification is sent for this scenario.
Will I experience throttling or dynamic rate limits?
There are no throttling or dynamic rate limits. Rate limits are based on subscription tier.
