The Account Manager is an optional role, available only to National and Enterprise subscription levels, and can be designated at the time of purchase or later in the company's settings.
As the Account Manager, you can:
- Access and manage the company's settings, including subscriptions and users. See Exploring the ClassIT+ Company Settings for more information.
- Access and manage their own user profile. See Exploring the ClassIT+ User Profile for more information.
- Assign and unassign Company Admins. See Managing ClassIT+ Company Admins for more information.
Note that the Account Manager only has limited access to Company Settings and their own User Profile. They cannot use the main ClassIT+ features, such as Search. |
