Company Admins can quickly and easily reset a user's password from Company Settings.
For information on how to reset your password from your User Profile, see Resetting & Requesting a New ClassIT+ Password.
To reset another user's password:
- Go to Company Settings, and then click on Manage Users. See Managing Your Company's Users for more information on accessing Manage Users.
- Click on the ellipses menu affiliated with the user, and then click Reset Password.
- Click Confirm to confirm that you want to reset the user's password. An email is sent to the user with further instructions for resetting their password.
Click the Show Filter button to quickly filter your users by name, email, user role, and company name. |
