We offer an automated SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) for customers who purchase a SCAC Data Daily Distribution Service or a SCAC Data Quarterly Distribution Service. These data products are automatically delivered via SFTP Push, SFTP Pull, or Email either daily or quarterly. The SFTP service is available for purchase on the Purchase a Data Product or Service wizard.
Note the following:
- After a customer purchases a SCAC Data Daily Distribution Service or a SCAC Data Quarterly Distribution Service a message on the Order Confirmation screen directs them to their Account Profile to begin setting up the subscription.
- If a subscription is not renewed before one full year from the date of purchase, then it will expire and be automatically deactivated.
- Customer Service can manually suspend service for a temporary amount of time for an active subscription. To request a suspension of service, see Contacting Customer Support for more information.
