Sharing and Unsharing ClassIT+ Search Results to Your Company Common

From the My Search History page, you can easily share or unshare your search results to your Company Common. 

To use the Company Common, your assigned Company Admin must first enable this feature. See Enabling/Disabling the Company Common for more information.

To share search results with your Company Common or Team View(s):

1. Click the share icon. The Share dialogue box will open.
2. Select All Company and one or more applicable Team Views. 

To unshare search results from your Company Common or Team View(s), click the unshare icon. The search result will no longer be shared with your Company Common or Team View(s). 

Note that when content has not been shared, the share icon will display black. When content has been shared, the unshare icon will display green with a small 'x' in the lower left-hand corner.
