The ClassIT+ Resources card on the Company Settings page allows you to control your company's users' ability to create and share synonyms and comments.

Enabling/Disabling Synonyms and/or Comments
By default, your users have the ability to create synonyms and add comments throughout ClassIT+.
To disable either feature, click the toggle for Enable Synonyms or Enable Comments so the toggle slides left and turns grey.
To enable either feature, click the toggle so it slides right and turns green.
| If disabled, that feature will not be available on the Dashboard and that option will not be available on the My Resources menu. |
Enabling/Disabling the Ability to Share Synonyms and/or Comments
By default, your users have the ability to share synonyms and/or comments if the following are true:
- The Enable Synonyms and/or the Enable Comments option(s) are enabled.
- The Company Common is enabled. See Enabling/Disabling the ClassIT+ Company Common for more information.
If the above conditions are met, then you can easily enable/disable these settings by clicking toggle for Enable Share Synonyms and/or Enable Share Comments.
Note that if you fail to first enable the Company Common, then a warning message displays.
