Managing Your ClassIT+ Company Settings Resources for Individual Users

Once your ClassIT+ Resources (synonyms and comments) have been enabled on the Company Settings page, you can also set those same settings at the individual user level. See Managing Your ClassIT+ Company Settings Resources for more information about enabling synonyms and comments at the company level. 

Please note the following: Only the Company Admin or Account Manager can access the Company Settings. The Company Common must be enabled before you can share synonyms and/or comments.  See Managing Your ClassIT+ Users for more information on managing your users.

To control access to the ClassIT+ Resources at the individual level, do the following:

1. Click on the drop-down menu under your profile picture, select Company Settings, and scroll to the Company Users card and click Manage Company Users. The Manage Company Users page opens.
2. Choose the user you wish to update and click the More Options icon, then click Manage Resources. The Manage Resources dialogue box opens.
3. Toggle on or off the resources your user can access. Click X to close.
