Tracking Your Inactive ClassIT+ Users

Each month, the Inactive User Report is automatically emailed to your company's Primary Company Admin. It contains detailed information on your company's inactive users so you can easily manage your users and license assignments. 

Company Admins and Account Managers can also view the report from Company Settings. See Generating a ClassIT+ User Activity Report for more information. 

All Company Admins will receive the Inactive User Report if the notification is set in the Company Settings. See Managing ClassIT+ Notifications for more information.
