Registering for an Event Through myNMFTA

Registration for all NMFTA events is completed in NMFTA’s membership portal, myNMFTA by using the steps below.

1. Go to NMFTA’s website, nmfta.org. Click the Log in button. The Okta login page opens; follow the prompts to complete the login process.

See Setting Up Okta to Access Your myNMFTA for more information on how to set up your Okta login if you have not done so already.

2. Once you're logged in, Click My Profile in the main menu. Your Profile page opens. 

3. On Your Profile, click the Events tab in the main menu. The Events page opens. 

4. Click on the event you wish to attend to begin the registration process. 

Please note that if you wish to attend more than one event, you must register for each one, individually. For example, if you wish to register for the W&R Council Meeting and the NMFTA Spring or Fall Meeting, you must register for each one separately.

5. Click Individual Registration. The registration page for the even you chose opens. 

6. Enter your information into all required fields. 

7.  Click I agree and enter your name in the Name field to sign the NMFTA Code of Conduct. 

8. Check the required Cancellation Policy checkbox. 
9. Select your event under Event Fees. Complimentary registrations are available for Engagement Members. 

Please note that if you select both fees, you will be prompted to pay $799. If you only see the attendee registration fee, your company has used all eligible  complimentary registrations. Engagement members receive up to three (3) complimentary registrations depending on company size.

10. Select the activities you will be attending and your preferred meal choices. 

11. If you are not registering a guest, click total then click Add to Cart to continue to payment. See step 14 for payment instructions.  

12. If you are registering a guest, click total, then click Add Guest. 

13.  Enter your guest information and select the applicable event fee. 

Please note that each attendee is permitted one complimentary, non-employee guest  registration. If you have more than one guest joining you, NMFTA staff will reach  out to you to confirm additional guest activity and meal choices.

14. Select your guest’s activities and preferred meal choice(s). Then click total and 
    Add to Cart. The Cart Total page opens. 

If you are registering additional guests, click Add Another Guest and repeat 12 through 14.

15. Click Check Out to continue. 

16. Select the correct billing contact and billing address, then click Complete Order to proceed with your purchase.
