Exploring the ClassIT+ Company Common

The Company Common is where you find content shared by you and other members of your company. Content includes items from your Favorites, Search History, Synonyms, and Bookmarks. 

To use the Company Common, your Company Admin must first enable this feature. See Exploring the ClassIT+ Company Settings for more information.

You can find the Company Common in the Main Menu and on your Dashboard. See Customizing the ClassIT+ Dashboard for more information about customizing your Dashboard. 

Any item that is red and crossed out is cancelled. Any item that is tan is amended. You can find all Created, Amended, and Cancelled items in the corresponding tab on the What's New page. See Exploring ClassIT+ What's New for more information.

The Company Common screen includes the following sections:

• Team View
• All Shared Favorites
• All Shared History
• All Shared Bookmarks
• All Shared Synonyms

Team View

The Team View displays the content shared by team members. Once a team is selected, you only see the shared content affiliated with that team.

To manage access to the Team View, your Company Admin must first enable this feature. See Exploring the ClassIT+ Company Settings for more information.

All Shared Favorites

All Shared Favorites displays the favorites shared by you and members of your company. If you are a member of a company team, you can Filter By Team View to see favorites shared with the applicable team.

All Shared History

All Shared History displays the Search History shared by you and members of your company. If you are a member of a company team, you can Filter By Team View to see the history of all content shared with the applicable team.

All Shared Bookmarks

The All Shared Bookmarks displays the Bookmarks shared by you and members of your company or team. If you are a member of a company team, you can Filter By Team View to see bookmarks shared with the applicable team.

All Shared Synonyms

All Shared Synonyms displays the Synonyms shared by you and members of your company. If you are a member of a company team, you can Filter By Team View to see synonyms shared with the applicable team.
