Viewing ClassIT+ Shared Synonyms

All Shared Synonyms allows you to view custom synonyms shared by you and other members of your organization in the Company Common.

Note that My Synonyms is for individual use, and All Shared Synonyms is for group use. Any content you unshare from All Shared Synonyms will no longer be displayed there, but it will remain visible in your My Synonyms section. See Managing the ClassIT+ My Synonyms for more information.

Accessing All Shared Synonyms

To access All Shared Favorites in the Company Common:

• Click on My Resources, and then select Company Common.
• Click on the Company Common tile on your Dashboard. 

The Company Common screen opens with the All Shared History section displayed near the top.

To use the Company Common, your Company Admin must first enable this feature. See Exploring the ClassIT+ Company Settings for more information.
