Resetting your ClassIT+ password is simple. You can either reset from your Okta login or from your User Profile in ClassIT+. See Resetting Your ClassIT+ Password from Your User Profile for more information.
Note that your Company Admin can also reset your password for you. Please contact your Company Admin for assistance. See Resetting a User's Password from Company Settings for more information. |
To reset your password from Okta:
- Go to www.classitplus.com and click Login.
- From the Okta login screen, click Reset Password.
- Select to verify by Email or Phone.
- If verifying by Phone, enter the verification code sent to your phone.
If verifying by Email, go to your email and follow the instructions in the reset password email from Okta. - Enter and confirm your new password to complete the process.
