Working with ClassIT+ Search Results

Please note that our search results are based on opinions formed from data and input values at the time of the search and are applicable for the life of the shipment.

From your search results you can:

• View more results within the same Generic Header, if applicable. See Seeing More Results for more information. 
• Click on any of the links within your search result to open additional information regarding the item and the information associated with it. See Viewing Additional Details about your Results for more information.
• Save as a Favorite, add a Comment, or go to the Calculator and use this search result as a reference. See Saving Results as a Favorite, Adding a Comment, or Accessing the Calculator for more information.

Seeing More Results

If there are more items between your search result and the beginning or end of the Generic Heading affiliated with that result, then the See More options are displayed. Click this option to expand the information before or after your result to view additional information within that Generic Heading. 

Viewing Additional Details about your Results

To view additional details and references regarding your search results, such as notes, packaging rules, class, etc., click any of the links within the description of the item. The additional details are displayed as either a tooltip or a separate dialog box.  

When you click on an item number, it's full details open in a dialog box so you email, print, or even see it's recent history. See Viewing, Emailing, and Printing an Item's Details and Viewing an Item's Recent History for more information.

Saving Results as a Favorite, Adding a Comment, or Accessing the Calculator 

From your search results, you can save the item as a Favorite, add a Comment, or even use the item as reference in the Calculator. 

To access these options, click the More Options icon on the right side of the search result.

When you click on Calculator, you are redirected to the Calculator page and your search result is automatically populated in the Reference Item Lookup section.
