How Resellers Can Access Their Carrier's Accounts from Manage Accounts

As a reseller, you can manage your carriers’ accounts from the Manage Accounts page. In addition, from the Account Profile page, you can select which carrier’s account to view using a drop-down menu.
This article is intended for resellers.
Please note the following:
Carriers that are affiliated with a reseller cannot login; they must access their account through their reseller.
Resellers can access their carrier's account from their Account Profile as well.
To access if logged in as a reseller:
Click Reseller, and then click Manage Accounts. The Manage Accounts page opens.
Click the View button associated with the account you’d like to work with. The Account Profile for that carrier opens.

To navigate to a different carrier account, click the Carrier drop-down at the top of the page and select the Clear button before choosing the next account you’d like to view.
Please take note of the following:
If viewing a carrier’s Account Profile, simply click the Clear button in the Carrier field and you’ll be able to see the entire list of carrier accounts again in the Carrier drop-down.
In the Customer Details section of a carrier’s Account Profile, resellers can only edit the customer’s name, email address, and phone number.
