Resetting your ClassIT+ password is simple. You can either reset from your User Profile in ClassIT+ or from your Okta login. See Resetting Your ClassIT+ Password from Your Okta Login for more information.
Note that your Company Admin can also reset your password for you. Please contact your Company Admin for assistance. See Resetting a User's Password from Company Settings for more information. |
To reset your password from your User Profile:
- Click on your username and click User Profile.
- Click Reset Password on the Account Access card. A confirmation dialogue box will open.
- Click Yes to proceed. A confirmation message is displayed telling you to check your email for further instructions.
