Standard Carrier Alpha Code® (SCAC™)

From your Account Profile, you can edit certain details such as your name and contact information. Fields that are greyed out can only be updated by contacting Customer Service.

Please take note of the following:

On the Manage Accounts screen, you can use the Filter By option to locate accounts by filtering for specific information such as contact information, SCAC, etc.
The Filter By option includes searching for primary and first secondary email addresses affiliated with an account.
The Filter By option includes searching for non-user email addresses affiliated with an account. Non-user email addresses can be found on the Additional Contacts screen on the Account Profile Customer Details section.

To edit your account details:

Click Home in the main menu to go to your Account Profile screen.
Click the Customer Details header to expand and then click Edit.
Update your account information and then click Save.
