1218 The Order Confirmation page for purchasing additional licenses and new purchases incorrectly display the same message.  Ensured that the Order Confirmation pages for purchasing additional licenses and new purchases show the correct messaging. 
1417 Switching from Class 8 to Non-Class 8 does not change the certificate messaging to correctly display for SCAC ID Verified.  Ensured that when switching from Class 8 to Non-Class 8, the certificate messaging correctly displays for SCAC ID Verified. 
1471 Unable to generate or email SCAC Certificates for SCACs with Not Verified status.

Ensured that SCAC Certificates can be generated for SCACs with a Not Verified status.

1477 Generating a SCAC Renewal Notice erroneously creates a two-page PDF where the second page is blank. Ensured that generated SCAC Renewal Notices are one-page PDFs.

SCAC application status's are erroneously updating when a user clicks the Back button after completing the application process, or when attempting to complete an application after a session has timed out. 

Ensured that an application's status does not erroneously update due to unsupported user activity, the following messages now display:

  • When an application has been completed, but the user clicks the Back button:

    "This application has already been completed. You will be redirected to start a new application."

  • When a user tries to complete an application when the session has already timed out:

    "Your application session has timed out. You will be redirected to start a new application."

1113		 For Account Profiles with multiple SCACs, if at least one SCAC is Assigned, and at least one is Expired, the buttons beneath the Code Details section are incorrect. Ensured that Assigned and Expired SCACs display the correct buttons on their Account Profiles, so actions such as generating a SCAC certificate can be completed.

Customers with “PO” in street address cannot renew/reinstate using Easy Renew/Reinstate.

Ensured that street addresses with the letters "PO" are accepted and are not flagged as PO Box addresses during Easy Renew or Easy Reinstate.

SUMMARY: Updated the Class 8 Carrier question to say, "Are you a Class 8 carrier operating in the United States?"

SUMMARY: Updated the headers on the SCAC Application's Review page to improve navigability.

ARTICLE: Filling Out the Apply for a New SCAC Form

Added Applying for Additional SCAC Indicator

SUMMARY: During the SCAC Apply process, added a checkbox to indicate that you are applying for a new SCAC that is in addition to any existing SCACs assigned to your company. This helps us confirm that you wish to purchase a new SCAC instead of renew or reinstate an existing one.

ARTICLE: Filling Out the Apply for a New SCAC Form

Updated ID Verification Statement on Renewals and Reinstatements for Non-Class 8

SUMMARY: Updated the ID Verification statement on renewals and reinstatements for non-Class 8 to highlight that the fee is non-refundable. The complete statement is as follows:

“Proceeding with ID Verification will incur a non-refundable $5 fee. Your payment method will be charged automatically when you click Continue. Note that if your verification was in review and has been approved, you will not be charged this fee again.”

Added an ID Verification Statement on Renewal Notices

SUMMARY: Added an ID Verification statement to 30-, 60-, and 90-day renewal notices that reads, “ID verification is required for non-class 8 carriers during renewal.”

Added ID Verification Review Notifications

SUMMARY: During the renewal or reinstatement process, you will automatically receive an email notification when your ID Verification status changes from In Review to Approved or Declined.

Added a P.O. Box Message to Renew and Reinstate Processes

SUMMARY: During the Renew and Reinstate processes, a message now displays informing that any P.O. Box addresses associated with a SCAC must be updated to a physical address.

Added a P.O. Box Statement on Renewal Notices

SUMMARY: Added the following statement regarding our P.O. Box policy to the renewal notices:

“Note that we do not allow SCACs to be affiliated with PO Box addresses. If your SCAC is affiliated with a PO Box, please contact NMFTA Customer Service.”
