Why am I getting an error message when trying to search on SCAC Verified?
There are two reasons you may receive an error message when trying to search on SCAC Verified:
- You do not have a subscription; or,
- Your account has expired and needs to be renewed.

Why is SCAC Verified is showing as Read-Only Restricted and the fields are disabled?
If you see a "Read-Only Restricted" statement at the bottom of the page and all of the search criteria fields are disabled, then this means that your network is blocking the SCAC Verified site.
To resolve, ask your IT department to whitelist the SCAC Verified site, www.scacverified.com.
