For carriers and partners:
To view account details, including your SCACs and data product subscriptions:
- Click Home.
Your Account Profile screen opens.
| For partners, click Admin, and then select Manage Accounts. Click the View button associated with the account you'd like to view. NMFTA participants have a green |
- Click on any of the section headers to expand and view that section’s information.
For example, to view the account’s SCAC and its details, click on the header for the SCAC whose information you’d like to see.

Please note the following:

For carriers:
- To edit your SCAC’s details:
- Click the section header to expand and display its details.
- Enter information into the Contact Name, Email, Phone, Country, Address, City, State, and/or Postal Code fields and click Save.
- To download or email the SCAC certificate, click Generate Certificate or Email Certificate. See Downloading and Emailing SCAC Certificates for more information.
- To renew the SCAC, click Renew SCAC. See Renewing an Existing SCAC for more information.
- To view and/or edit your Customer Details:
- Click the section header to expand it.
- To edit your customer details, click Edit.
- Make the necessary changes, and then click Save.
- To view the Payment Details:
- Click the section header to expand and display the details.
- To print or email a receipt for a specific transaction, click the Print Receipt or Email Receipt button for that transaction. See Printing and Emailing SCAC Receipts for more information.
