Do I have a SCAC?
Please email customerservice@nmfta.org with the following information:
- Company Name (both Legal and DBA Name)
- At least one of the following:
- DOT number
- MC number
- FF (Freight Forward) number
A representative will respond shortly.
How can I look up SCACs online?
Unless you have a subscription to NMFTA’s SCAC Online Subscription, you will not have access to this feature.
How do I get my password?
If you have an account set up already, you may request a RESET Password during your OKTA login process.
If you do not have an account but have a SCAC, please email customerservice@nmfta.org to receive assistance with activating your OKTA Account.
Can you email my SCAC code or reset my login?
If you have an account and need to reset your password, please follow these instructions:
- Go to https://scaccode.com
- Click Login
- Click Reset Password
- Click the corresponding Select button to verify the request by Email or Phone.
How can I log into my SCAC account?
To login to your SCAC account, do the following:
- Go to https://scaccode.com
- Click Login. The login screen opens.
- Enter your Username and Password, and then complete your Okta multi-factor authentication process.
What is the cost of looking up SCACs?
Our SCAC Verified directory can be purchased through our Purchase Data Product process. All data products and prices are displayed prior to payment so you can pick the product that fits your needs.

What information is provided on an SCAC account?
Your SCAC account includes the following information:
- Company Name
- DBA Name (if different from legal name)
- Company Address, Phone, and Email
- Contact Name
- Company’s Mode of Transport (MOT), which may be one of the following acronym descriptions:
- PRVCAR
- NVOCC
- MINTRA
- MC/DOT numbers.
