How do I get the Renewal Expiration Date Discount?
Users with SCACs that expire between June 30, 2025, and July 7, 2025, can receive a renewal expiration date discount when they agree to change their expiration date to the day of renewal, helping spread out the renewal season and lessen the burden on customer service.

To receive the discount, users should click Yes to accept the offer during the SCAC Renewal process.
- If checked, a 10% discount is given immediately at the time of renewal.
- This discount feature will only apply to those SCACs expiring June 30-July 7, 2025.
- This discount will be available starting with the 2025 renewal season only: starting Jan 1, 2025, and running through May 31, 2025.
How do I renew a SCAC?
To renew your SCAC using Easy Renew, do the following:
- Go to https://scaccode.com, and enter your SCAC into the search field. Click Search.
- You will be asked to confirm your SCAC. Click Proceed to continue to the Payment screen.
- Enter your payment information and then click Renew Code to complete your renewal purchase.

How do I reinstate a SCAC?
To reinstate your SCAC, do the following:
- Go to https://scaccode.com, and enter your SCAC into the search field. Click Search.
- You will be asked to confirm your SCAC. Click Proceed to continue to the Payment screen.
- Enter your payment information, then click Reinstate Code to complete your purchase.

When does my SCAC expire?
Your SCAC will expire one year from the date of assignment.
Can I pay my SCAC renewal fees multiple years in advance?
At this time, you can only pay once per calendar year.
How do I set up my SCAC for auto-renewal?
We currently do not offer auto-renewal for SCAC.
